Services rendered by Z To A Notary Services, Inc., all sales are considered final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any services provided unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement.

2. Scope of Services:

This policy applies to all services Z To A Notary Services, Inc. provides, including but not limited to General Notary Work (GNW), Apostille Service, Loan Signing Services, etc. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy.

3. Satisfaction and Dispute Resolution:

We are dedicated to delivering services that meet or exceed your expectations. If you have concerns about the quality of the service provided, contact us at (941) 216-1825 within 24 hours of the completion of the service. We will make efforts to address your concerns and find a suitable resolution.

4. Exceptions:

Unavailability of Service: If Z To A Notary Services, Inc., does not fulfill the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule the service or provide a credit towards future services.

5. Personalized and Custom Services:

Personalized or custom services, including but not limited to General Notary Work (GNW), Apostille Service, Loan Signing Services, etc., refunds will not be granted after work has begun. Any deposits or prepayments made for such services are non-refundable.

6. Payment Disputes:

If you believe there has been an error in billing or payment processing, contact us at (941) 216-1825 to resolve the issue promptly. Initiating a payment dispute without prior communication may result in service termination.

7. Changes to the Policy:

Z To A Notary Services, Inc. reserves the right to modify or update this No Refund Policy without prior notice. The revised policy will be effective upon posting on our official website.
